Responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in public at a location, date and time specified in yjr bid specifications or RFP.  The Town of Vernon reserves the right to waive informalities or reject part of, or the entire bid when said action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. All Sealed responses must be submitted no later than the time and date indicated. Emailed, faxed or late bids will not be accepted.
