Vernon residents have several opportunities in the coming months to safely and responsibly dispose of hazardous materials they have in their homes. Household hazardous wastes can be dropped off on the following Saturdays, between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., at the Capitol Region East Hazardous Waste facility, 321 Olcott St., Manchester: May 14, June 4, August 27, September 24, October 29 and November 12, 2022.
