Due to the forecast for rain, Thursday's Vernon Farmers Market and the Mayor's Summer Concert Series program have been moved to Rockville High School.

The Farmers Market will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium lobby.

The concert by the 102d Army Band will be at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium.
