Hello Vernon. Are you ready to celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary on July 4, 2026?
Over the near year, Vernon’s America 250 Committee will be offering a variety of activities to celebrate America’s semiquincentennial. We’ll have details later.
In the meantime, we need to raise money to put on these events, which include a concert by a military band, military reenactments, a town picnic, tours, talks and displays that focus on Vernon’s role in the American Revolution.
