This form must be completed for all zoning and property maintenance complaints relating to matters of nuisance, health, safety or welfare issues, i.e. weeds, grass, vehicles, structures, etc. All complaints should be made in writing and filed with the zoning office of the Town of Vernon. The Town can only respond to your complaint if the requested information on this form is provided.
