Responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in a public platform at a location specified at the time and date detailed in the specification. The Town of Vernon reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any part of, or the entire bid when said action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. All Sealed responses must be submitted no later than the time and date indicated. Emailed, faxed or late bids will not be accepted.
