In this six-class session, get in touch with your creative self through the fun and tactile experience of working in clay. In this class, you will learn about the unique properties of clay and how to make hand built, functional stoneware dishes, platters, etc. that you can use at home. Your pottery will make great gifts, too! Create your pieces using the slab and coil methods of construction. Decorate your work with embellishments and textures. And finally, learn how to glaze your pottery using a variety of techniques and colors. Beginners welcome!

Class is limited to 8 students, so register early!
