COVID-19 Vaccinations for People Living With Disabilities

The Connecticut Council on Developmental Disabilities and the Town of Vernon developed a specialized clinic program to provide COVID-19 vaccine to Connecticut residents who are living with developmental disabilities, their caregivers, their families, and those who cannot be served by existing clinics.

This program has ended.

If you, a family member or a person you care for is not able to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at a public clinic, please contact your local health department. A directory of local health departments can be found by clicking here.
