FEE SCHEDULE – BUILDING PERMITS:
$0 - $1,000.00 = $30.00
Each additional $1,000 (or fraction thereof) = $15.00
$10.00 Certificate of Occupancy Fee when applicable
Building Official may require an Affidavit of Actual Cost upon completion.
FORMS AVAILABLE: New Permit Applications are now being used and are available in our office which may be obtained during the above office hours (triplicate/carbon forms). Please note, all old Applications will only be accepted through November 30, 2007.
INSPECTION REQUESTS: Please call the Building Department's main number (860) 870-3633 at least one day in advance to schedule an inspection. Please note all permits must be on file and approved prior to receiving an inspection.
